The molecule with hydroxle and carboxle,the carboxylic acid group has very strong conformity ability to the calcium magnesium ions and the hydroxyl has very strong dispersive power to the scale.Its molecular weight is much smaller than the polyacrylic acid,Hydrolysis maleic anhydride together.The unique molecular structure inevitably brings the unique using performance.

Scaleinhibition performance comparison

Blend the product Hydrolysis maleic anhydride together,polyacrylic acid separately with organic phosphonic monomer,after doing the scale inhibition test or concentrate rate test then we will find out the almost same function between their respective.When we do the sewage concentrate rate test,wo find this product having a higher concentrate rate perhaps due to its smaller molecule with stronger anti organic-matter capability

It  not just has fine mutual solubility wiht most kinds of organic phosphonic monomer,BTA,TTA but has fine mutual solubility and stablity with all kinds of polymer(Sulfonic acid copolymer, polyacrylic acid, hydrolysis maleic anhydride, MaBing copolymer together etc)..

Good heat-resisting performance

Majority of polymer monomer will occur molecule rupture when they meet with the orxidizing substances or at a high water temperature to decrease the scaleinhibition performance.RX301 has smaller molecule size and stable structure so it can not easily be ruptured and degraded and has better heat-resisting performance.
